PRO DAY GOALS

To ensure maximum preparation for our pre-draft athletes, our training is designed for athletes to excel in combine tests & measures. We improve the necessary strength, mechanics, and technique to unlock each individual’s full potential.

TESTS & MEASURES

  • The aim of this test is to determine acceleration, and also a reliable indicator of speed, agility and quickness.

  • The ultimate test of muscular strength and endurance for the upper body is the 225-pound bench maximum repetitions test at the NFL Combine.

  • The vertical jump is a measure of not just how high an athlete can jump, but also a test of raw explosiveness.

  • The broad jump (also known as standing long jump) measures how far a player can jump from a standing position. It tests an athlete's power in the form of lower-body explosion and lower-body strength.

  • This is a test of speed, explosion, body control and the ability to change direction (agility).

  • The 3 cone drill consists of a series of quick five-yard sprints and tight turns, using three cones that form an L-shape as guides. This test helps to identify a player’s ability to quickly change directions and how well they accelerate.
