DECREASE PAIN

Each physical therapist at Adapt is trained to treat your pain with various manual procedures - dry needling, cupping, soft tissue mobilization, trigger point therapy, and more. Depending on what you need, we’ll assess what type of treatment would work best.

Everything begins with posture, and how you are positioned. Increasing your own postural awareness can have a tremendous effect in experiencing less discomfort. Our therapists are trained to identity which areas might be compensating, causing weakness & tightness in certain muscles.
